Goodwin and wife, Patsy Ann Goodwin, did execute and deliver to First Commercial Bank now known as Premier Bank of the South a mortgage on real estate hereinafter described, which mortgage appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1101 Page 365. WHEREAS, on the 26th day of January, 2000, Joseph R. Goodwin and wife, Patsy Ann Goodwin, did execute and deliver to First Commercial Bank now known as Premier Bank of the South a mortgage on real estate hereinafter described, which mortgage appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Cullman County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 1133 Page 590. WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of said mortgage in favor of PREMIER BANK OF THE SOUTH provided therein, which default continues at this date, and said mortgage is subject to foreclosure.
