NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by Stanley Ray Gatlin, an unmarried man, to First Bank Mortgage Corporation dba FirstTrust Mortgage Corporation, dated the 29th day of April, 1999, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in Fiche 99279, at Page 42; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by First Bank Mortgage d/b/a FirstTrust Mortgage Corporation to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated April 29, 1999, and recorded in said Probate Office in Fiche 99-499, at Page 68; said Mortgage having been transferred and assigned by Alabama Housing Finance Authority to Regions Mortgage, Inc. by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated May 14, 1999 and recorded in said Probate Office in Fiche 99-499, at Page 69; said Mortgage having been further transferred and assigned by Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage, as successor by merger to Regions Mortgage, Inc. formerly known as Real Estate Financing, Inc. to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by virtue of that certain Assignment of Mortgage dated August 2, 2005 and recorded in Real Property Book 2005, at Page 48005. The undersigned, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, as Assignee of said Mortgage will, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage, sell at auction to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Limestone County Courthouse in the City of Athens, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on September 11, 2015, the real property described in said Mortgage, which said description is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, said property being situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Lots 66, 67, and 68, Block B, East Highland Addition to The City of Athens, Alabama, said East Highland Addition recorded in Plat Book B, Page 20, in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Limestone County, Alabama.
