NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by ADAM MOSS, an unmarried man, and HOLLYE BOYD, an unmarried woman, in favor of PEOPLES STATE BANK OF COMMERCE, on the 29th day of August 2011, which Mortgage was recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Limestone County, Alabama, in RLPY 2011 at pages 40556 et seq. on the 1st day of September 2011. And said default continuing the undersigned will, by virtue of the power of sale clause contained in said Mortgage, foreclose on said Mortgage, and does hereby give Notice that the undersigned will sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the North door of the Limestone County Courthouse, in Athens, Alabama, on the 2nd day of July 2015, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Limestone County, Alabama, to-wit: Tract 16 of Fort Hampton Place, a minor subdivision, recorded in Plat Book G, page 172, in the Probate Office of Limestone County, Alabama.
