Case No. CJ-2014-1389W NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE OF REAL ESTATE Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned Sheriff of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, will on the 21st day of October, 2015, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., of the said day, in Suite 200 of the Cleveland County Courthouse Annex in Norman, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder the following described real estate and premises situated in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: A tract of land being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section One (1), Township 6 North (T6N), Range 1 West (R1W) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW/4) of Section 1; THENCE North 01 degrees 21 minutes 36 seconds East a distance of 2327.72 feet to a point; THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 2279.88 feet to the Point of Beginning; THENCE North 49 degrees 56 minutes 31 seconds East a distance of 466.08 feet to a point; THENCE South 01 degrees 17 minutes 09 seconds West a distance of 893.80 feet to a point; THENCE North 89 degrees 59 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 336.75 feet to a point; THENCE North 00 degrees 00 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 252.00 feet to a point; THENCE North 89 degrees 52 minutes 32 seconds West a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; THENCE North 00 degrees 00 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 120.00 feet to a point; THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes 32 seconds East a distance of 100.00 feet to a point; THENCE North 00 degrees 00 minutes 28 seconds East a distance of 221.58 feet to the Point of Beginning; Containing 6.16 Acres More or less and Subject to All Easements and Rights of Way of Record. Also Known as Tract 6, South Lake. together will all improvements thereon and the appurtenances thereunto belonging.
