PUBLIC NOTICE ILLINOIS HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY LOW INCOME HOUSING TAX CREDIT QUALIFIED ALLOCATION PLAN The Illinois Housing Development Authority (the Authority) is making available for public comment a draft of its Low Income Housing Tax Credit Qualified Allocation Plan for CY 2016 and CY2017 (the Plan). Copies of the Plan may be obtained from our website at www.ihda.org.
