(First Published September 3, 2015) Notice is hereby given that Crosslines of Joplin, Missouri, will accept multiple sealed bids for the following improvements to their facility in the City of Joplin, Missouri. This project is part of Community Development Block Grant under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (PL-93-383) and HUD Grant Number DR 2013-01-B-1.This work consists of renovation of building at 320 S. School Ave, Joplin, MO 64801. Multiple individual bids will be received as individual bid packages. The following bid packages will be received. Bid Package #1 Concrete, Bid Package #2 Asphalt Paving, Bid Package #3 Acoustical Ceiling Grid and Tile, Bid Package #4 CASEWORK, Bid Package #5 Walk-in Cooler and Freezer, Bid Package #6 STOREFRONT, GLAZING AND WINDOWS. A MANDATORY Pre Bid Meeting is Planned for 9:30 am, September 11 at 320 S. School Ave, Joplin, MO 64801. Plans and specifications are on file at USA Print in Joplin MO or by emailing csams@arkbild.com. Attendance to pre bid meeting is required to bid project. Sealed Bids must be delivered to Crosslines before 1:00 pm on Thursday. September 24nd, 2015, at the Quonset Hut of South Joplin Christian Church located at 20th and Wall Streets in Joplin or to the Public bid opening at 2:00 where all bids will be opened by the Crosslines of Joplin at the Joplin City Hall, 602 S. Main Street, Joplin MO 64801 in the 4thFloor Conference Room. Bidders are encouraged to verify that all required documents as specified in the specifications are included in their bid package as they can be rejected if complete bid documentation is not provided.
