Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, AUGUST 21, 28 & SEPTEMBER 6, 2015. IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ROGERS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA MADELAINA FROMAN, Plaintiff, vs. BRYAN BIELLI a/k/a BRYAN D. BIELLI a/k/a BRIAN BIELLI and unknown spouse, if any; if living or if deceased, their unknown successors; et al, Defendants. Case No. CV-2015-52 JUDGE STEPHEN R. PAZZO NOTICE BY PUBLICATION STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: SEBRING CAPITAL CORPORATION; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA and the unknown successors of JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; and US MORTGAGE INVESTORS I, LLC; if said defendants be in existence, and if not in existence, their unknown successors; TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiff, MADELAINA FROMAN, has filed her Petition to Quiet Title in the above styled case in District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, and that you must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs on file in this case on or before the 12th day of October, 2015, or the allegations of the Petition and Amendment to Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you: 1. Determining that Plaintiff is the owner of and in the possession of all the real property and premises described herein; 2. Determining that the County Treasurer's Resale Tax Deed covering: The South 150 feet of Tract #2 and the North 71 feet of the West 143 feet of the South 221 feet of Tract #2 in REDBUD HILLS ADDITION, a Subdivision in Section 11, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof; To MADELAINA FROMAN, dated June 10, 2013 and recorded in Book 2334 at Page 206 of the records of the County Clerk of Rogers County, Oklahoma, is valid conveying to MADELAINA FROMAN absolute estate in fee simple to said lands extinguishing all claims of right, title, and interest therein of the Defendants and each of them and of their successors, both in law and in equity. 3. Determining that the Plaintiff is without any plain, speedy or adequate remedy at law; and that by reason of the aforesaid facts, plead herein Plaintiff is entitled to a perpetual injunction against all of said Defendants enjoining them from ever making or asserting or attempting to assert any claim of right or interest in or to any of the real property described herein. 4. Quieting title in Plaintiff to all of the real property and premises described herein as a result of conveyance of record, to-wit: The South 150 feet of Tract #2 and the North 71 feet of the West 143 feet of the South 221 feet of Tract #2 in REDBUD HILLS ADDITION, a Subdivision in Section 11, Township 22 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof; 5. Decreeing that none of the Defendants to this action have any right, title or interest in or with respect to said property or any part thereof, and perpetually barring, restraining and enjoining said Defendants and all other persons claiming by or through them, or any one of them, from ever making or asserting or attempting to make or assert any claim of right, title or interest in or to said property or any part thereof You are referred to the Petition filed herein for further particulars.
