Notice is given that on the 21st day of October, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., in the West lobby on the Ground Floor of the Stephens County Courthouse in Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, for not less than two-thirds (2/3rd's) of the appraised value, all that certain real estate in Stephens County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Tract One: Lot One (1) and the East Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), Interurban Addition to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, (101 S. "B"); and, Tract Two: Lot Three (3), in Block One (1), Interurban Addition to the City of Duncan, Stephens County, Oklahoma, (306 E. Willow). You are further notified that said sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale which was entered on the 29th day of July, 2015, in Case No. CV-2015-15G, wherein Willie J. Spann, is the Plaintiff and Lisa E. Simmons, et aI, are the Defendants and by virtue of the fact that the Commissioners appointed by the Court to make partition of the lands above-described having made their return stating that it appears to them that partition of the real estate above-described cannot be made in kind without manifest injury and great prejudice to the owners thereof.
