(Published in The Norman Transcript September 19, 2015, 1t) Legal Notice Request For Proposal Areawide Aging Agency, Inc. will soon be accepting applications for funding for FY2016 (January5, 2016-June 30, 2016). The Request for Proposal is to provide services to persons aged 60 and over in Cleveland, Canadian, Logan and Oklahoma Counties. The application for funding is for evidence-based health promotion/disease prevention services. Application packets will be available from September 23-27, 2015 between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm at Areawide Aging; 4101 Perimeter Center Drive; # 310, OKC 73112. Prospective grantees MUST attend the September 28th, 2015 Proposers Conference (1:00pm-3:30) in order to be considered for funding. Applications are due October 21, 2015 by noon.
