BID REQUEST THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF FIRE DISTRICT NO. 3 of the Town of Plattsburgh are requesting the submission of proposals from qualified independent certified public accountants or independent public accountants to audit its financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2015. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the bid specifications which are on file at the Wallace Hill Fire Station, 128 Wallace Hill Road, Plattsburgh, New York and are available by mail upon request from Bonnie Burnell, Secretary of the Board of Fire Commissioners, Plattsburgh, New York 12901, (518) 572-1691. A non-collusive bid certificate must accompany any bid submission. All sealed bid submissions must be received on or before 6:30 p.m. the 8th day of October, 2015. It is anticipated that said bid submissions will be publicly opened and read aloud at the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners to be held on the 8th day of October, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at the Wallace Hill Fire Station, 128 Wallace Hill Road, Plattsburgh, New York. Sealed bid submissions are to be addressed to Bonnie Burnell, Secretary of the Board of Fire Commissioners, 128 Wallace Hill Road, Plattsburgh, New York 12901 and should be plainly marked ^Bid Submission - Professional Auditing Services,^ on the outside of the sealed envelope. The Board of Fire Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any and/or all informalities that do not affect the validity of the bid. Any bid submitted shall be binding upon the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days from the date said bids are opened.
