NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on October 15, 2015 at the Village Office, 22 Main Street, Cooperstown, New York by the Village Clerk of the Village of Cooperstown for the removal of marked trees. This is an all-inclusive bid, meaning that the successful bidder is responsible for all work related to the project including flagging, stump removal, restoration, top soil and seeding the old stump area. Specifications may be obtained from the Village Clerk's Office, 22 Main Street, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or by calling (607) 547-2411. Bids must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m. on October 15, 2015 in a sealed envelope addressed to the Village Clerk, Village of Cooperstown, and marked "Bid-Tree Removal" and may not be withdrawn within thirty days after the bid opening. Faxed bid proposals will not be accepted. Bidders are advised not to rely on the Postal Service or any other mail delivery service for the timely and proper delivery of their bid proposals.
