PUD 201500274 IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF OKLAHOMA GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY REQUESTING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF NEW DISTRIBUTIVE GENERATION TARIFFS PURSUANT TO TITLE 17, SECTION 156 OF THE OKLAHOMA STATUTES NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company (“OG&E”) filed its Application in this cause requesting that the Oklahoma Corporation Commission (“Commission”) issue an Order approving OG&E’s proposed distributed generation tariffs and granting such other and further relief as the Commission may determine to be fair, just and equitable in the premises. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that OG&E is proposing four new tariffs including a commercial TOU (“Time Of Use”) tariff (“COM-TOU-kW”) and a residential TOU tariff (“R-TOU-kW”), a net metering rider (the New Energy Billing Option; “NEBO-kW”) and an additional QF (“Qualified Facility”) rider (“QF Select”). The residential and commercial tariffs include: demand billing charges, appropriately priced connection charges (customer charges) and appropriately priced time-differentiated energy charges. These tariffs were all developed using Unit Cost components from the last approved rate case. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that concurrent with the approval of these tariffs, OG&E intends to close the existing NEBO tariff to new DG (Distributed Generation) facilities. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Notice of Hearing of the Application shall be published, at OG&E’s expense once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks with the first publication being at least fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing on the merits. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a hearing on the merits will be held on said Application before the Administrative Law Judge commencing on the 1st day of December 2015 at 10:30 a.m., until the record is closed at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in Courtroom B, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all interested persons may appear and be heard and that the Commission shall, after hearing and taking of evidence, issue such orders and grant such relief as it deems reasonable, fair, necessary, proper and equitable in the circumstances, whether or not specifically requested.
