NOTICE OF HEARING AMENDED PETITION FOR PROBATE OF FOREIGN WILLS, APPOINTMENT OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRS THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO ALL PERSONS CONCERNED, GREETINGS: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Frances Cope, Deceased, and the Estate of Dorothy J. Burdick, Deceased, that on the 16th day of September, 2015, William D. Burdick, Jr. and Patricia L. Burdick-Cobb produced and filed in the District Court of Woodward County and State of Oklahoma, a duly authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament, of the Decedent, Frances Cope, from the Surrogate’s Court of Chemung County, New York, and a duly authenticated copy of the Last Will and Testament of Decedent Dorothy J. Burdick, from the County Court of Hansford County, Texas, and also filed in said District Court of Woodward County, Oklahoma, and on the 1st day of October, 2015, filed an Amended Petition praying that said authenticated copies be allowed, filed, recorded, and have the same force and effect as if they had been originally allowed and proved in last said County, and that Letters Testamentary issue to William D. Burdick, Jr. and Patricia L. Burdick-Cobb, under the conditions required by law, and that the Court determine the heirs of Frances Cope, Deceased, and Dorothy J. Burdick, Deceased. That pursuant to an Order made by said District Court on the 1st day of October, 2015, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 19th day of October, 2015, at 1:00 p.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing said Amended Petition at the Courtroom of said Court in the Courthouse in Woodward, Woodward County, Oklahoma, when and where all the aforesaid interested persons may appear and contest such Amended Petition.
