(Published in The Ada News October 13 & 20, 2015) NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Pontotoc county Commissioners, 100 W 13th, Room 133, Ada, OK 74820, until 9:00 a.m. (CST) on the 16th of November, 2015 and at that time will be publically opened and read aloud for the work listed below. Francis, OK 12th Street Wagon Bridge Renewal Project Local No, 001-D1; NBI #12368; Bridge No. 62D1473N3605000 This work will be performed according to the Project Provisions provided for this project. The proposal will include a special provision with reference to Contractors Non-Collusion Affidavit and a 5% bid bond in a certified or cashiers check or surety bond shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Evidence of having proper workers compensation coverage for employees as provided by Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statues Section 61 shall be required prior to issuance of a work order. Examination of plans, specifications, provisions, and site of work is required. Rates for liquidated damages for this project will be $250.00 per calendar day. Bidder questions concerning this proposal will be accepted at that time. Non-attendance by any potential bidder will result in the disqualification of said bidder at bid opening. Upon award of contract to a successful bidder, the contract shall be completely executed within twenty (20) working days from the date of notification of award to the successful bidder by Pontotoc County.
