First of all the Joyner, and Smith-Pankey families would like to
thank our Lord and Savior for giving us 20 great years with James Edward Joyner and 43 wonderful years
with our beloved "Sam" which he preferred to be called. We will never be able to find the words to truly express how grateful we really are for the abundance of love and support shown us by everyone. Special Thanks to the following: The Lady Essence Civic and Social Club; The Life Enrichment Center Staff; The Milledgeville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.; The Cook Building Staff; CSH staff; The Black Queen’s Book Club; Flagg Chapel Baptist Church and Committees; The Haramabe Family Club; The Hull Family; The Calhoun Consolidated High School Class of "66". Please forgive us for any other organizations that we may accidently have left out. Our families who drove near and from long distances to be here. Thank you for the many kind sympathetic gestures such as, prayers, those who called us, brought us food, drinks, homemade sweets, sent us floral arrangements, sent us cards, plants, edible arrangements, monetary gifts, or just thought about our family during our bereavement. It was such an out pouring of love that we felt from all. Thank GOD for such wonderful people at a time like this, we will never be able to thank each and every one of you enough.
