CITY OF GLOUCESTER INCORPORATED 1873 CITY OF GLOUCESTER DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS SNOW PLOWING REGISTRATION Private contractors interested in plowing, sanding and/or hauling snow for the City of Gloucester during the 2018-2019 season should submit to the Department of Public Works, 28 Poplar Street, the following information by October 5, 2018: COPIES of: Licenses for all drivers Registrations for all vehicles Proof of insurance Tare weights for all vehicles. Packets that should be filled out and returned as soon as possible are available at the DPW.
