(First Published September 30, 2018) REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE East 15th Street Extension Project (from the intersection of Range Line road eastward approximately 650 ft) The City seeks to procure the services of an engineering firm to provide detailed plans, specifications, engineering cost estimates, development of Right-of-Way plans, and bid documents for the construction of the East 15th street extension project. Services that may be needed for this project include but are not limited to: Right-of-Way appraisals Right-of-Way negotiation services Construction Inspection Construction Management Geotechnical Investigations Currently a street in a private access easement serves Wal-Mart and several other businesses. This project will convert this private access easement to public Right-of-Way and upgrade the street to City standards. Other considerations include coordination for planned intersection improvements at Rangeline (traffic signal coordination with MODOT, potential pilon sign relocation, etc). Respondents should submit five copies of their submittal, highlighting their qualifications and experience. Including any cover letter, the entire document must be no more than 20 pages in length.
