(First Published September 30, 2018) NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the Director of Public Works of the City of Joplin, Missouri, will accept sealed bids for the following improvements in the City of Joplin, Missouri: Schifferdecker Bridge Replacement Over Turkey Creek This work consists of Grading, Paving&Drainage, Bridge Construction and Water Line Relocation on a relocated section of Schifferdecker Avenue. Specifications are on file in the office of the Director of Public Works located at City Hall, 602 S. Main Street. Bids must be in the hands of said Director of Public Works before 10:00 a.m. October 23, 2018 at which time will bids will be opened by the Director of Public Works at the Joplin City Hall, 602 S. Main Street, Joplin MO 64801 in 4rd Floor Conference Room. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on 10:00 a.m. October 16, 2018 at the same location. Specifications will follow the latest City of Joplin Standards and Missouri Highway and Transportation Standard Plans&Specifications.
