ADOPTION NOTICE
The
Madison County Fiscal Court
had adopted Ordinance 18-17 on Sept. 25, 2018 in the Madison County Courtroom, Richmond, KY.
This ordinance amends Ord 00-02 by amending the regulations regarding construction guarantees and performance bonds. A copy of the entire ordinance is available in the office of the County Judge Executive.
