(Published in The Norman Transcript October 7, 2018, 1t) ORDINANCE NO. 2018-08 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LEXINGTON BY AMENDING CHAPTER 14 (NUISANCES), ARTICLE 1 (GENERAL); SUBSECTION 14-104 (PUBLIC NUISANCES; REMEDIES) SUBSECTION D, BY ADDING THERETO A NUMBER 20; REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND FOR AN EMERGENCY. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LEXINGTON, OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1. Chapter 14, Article 1, Section 14-104D, which sets forth what is expressly declared to be a public nuisance, is amended by adding thereto the following as number 20, to-wit: 1. The riding of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) within 1,500 feet of any residence within the corporate limits of the City of Lexington ADOPTED AND PASSED by the Council of the City of Lexington, Oklahoma, on the 2nd day of October, 2018.
