Mitchell of Neuens Mitchell Bonds pllc, hereby respectfully moves this Court to confirm the sale of real estate made by the Sheriff of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, to the Plaintiff, Arvest Bank, on the 3rd day of October, 2018, under a Special Execution and Order of Sale with Appraisement issued in the cause by Arvest Bank, out of the office of the Court Clerk of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, the sale being of and conveying the following described real estate situated in Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma: EASTERLY 80 FEET OF LOT 5 OF BLOCK 95 IN THE CITY OF TAHLEQUAH ACCORDING TO THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF, CHEROKEE COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA ("Property") The real estate having been sold by the Sheriff of Cherokee County, Oklahoma to Arvest Bank for in excess of 2/3rds its appraised value, it being the highest and best bidder therefore, for the sum of$180,635.00, after due and proper notice at the time and place of sale; that upon hearing and confirmation of payment of the purchase price, the Sheriff's Deed should be made, executed and delivered by the Sheriff of Cherokee County, Oklahoma to the purchaser at such sale; and that upon this application that a writ of assistance be granted and allowed to the purchaser.
