Published in the Tahlequah Daily Press on October 16, 2018 IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF CHEROKEE COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA In the Matter of the Estate of HARRY J. FORD, Deceased Case No. PB-2018-81 ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS Janice Melot and Sandra Price, surviving daughters of Harry J. Ford, deceased, have filed their Petition in this Court representing that Harry J. Ford died intestate a resident of Cherokee County, Oklahoma, on the 3rd day of September, 2018, leaving estate in Cherokee County, Oklahoma, and praying that Letters of Administration be issued, that Janice Melot and Sandra Price be appointed Co-Personal Representatives and that the identity of the heirs of said decedent be judicially determined pursuant to the provisions of 58 O.S. ?240. as amended. IT IS ORDERED that said Petition be, and the same is hereby set for hearing before this Court in the Probate Courtroom of the Cherokee County Courthouse at Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on the 25th day of October 2018, at 9:00 o’clock a.m. IT IS ORDERED that notice thereof be given by mailing copies of said notice to all heirs of the decedent whose addresses are known at their respective last know place of residence as set out in the Petition above referred to, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of said hearing.
