Robert Bowes, father of Z.P.R.N. Notice is hereby given that a petition for guardianship of the above named minor children has been filed. The children are alleged to be affiliated with the Cherokee (tribe). The biological parents, Indian custodians, and or tribe has the right to intervene in the proceeding, and to request an additional twenty days from receipt of notice to prepare for the proceeding. If the parents or Indian custodians are unable to afford counsel, counsel will be appointed to represent them. Tribal officials shall keep the information associated with this case confidential. Hearing is set on the 15th day of November, 2018, at 9:00 A.M. at the District Court of Cherokee Nation located on the second floor of the WW Keeler Tribal Complex at 17675 S Muskogee, Tahlequah, OK 74464.
