Goliad, City Hall, 1st Floor, Rockwall, Texas 75087 until 2:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2018, for the following project: S LAKESHORE DRIVE/SUMMIT RIDGE DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION As set forth in the plans and specifications, the project is designed to reconstruct S. Lakeshore Drive and Summit Ridge Drive from State Highway 66 to FM 740 (Ridge Road). Reconstruction will include approximately 23,000 square yards of roadway concrete pavement, 3,700 square yards of alley concrete pavement, 11,000 linear feet of sidewalk, 8,200 linear feet of storm drain (18-inch dia. to 60- inch dia.), 8,200 linear feet of water line (8-inch dia. to 10-inch dia.), 6,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer (6-inch dia. to 10-inch dia.), replacement of parkway landscaping, traffic control and maintenance, intersection improvements at State Highway 66 including traffic signal and retaining wall.
