NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE (REAL ESTATE) BY VIRTUE OF AN ORDER OF SALE issued out of the 29th District Court of Palo Pinto County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered C48284, on the 20th day of September A.D. 2018, styled: First Financial Bank, N.A., Plaintiff, vs. Sandra C. Peoples, Michael Peoples (IN REM ONLY), and the unknown heirs at-law of Ronnie L. Peoples, Deceased (IN REM ONLY), Defendant, to me, as Deputy Beau Boles directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 22nd day of September A.D. 2018 and will between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at approximately 10 a.m. on the first Tuesday in November A.D. 2018, it being the 6th day of said month, at the Courthouse Steps of the Palo Pinto County, proceed to sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in hand, all right, title and interest, if any, which the defendant had on the 18th day of September A.D. 2018, or at any time thereafter, of and in the following described property: Being a called 5.315 acres of land out of T.E. & L. West at 20.2 feet past a found 3/8 inch iron rod at a fence, In the North line of said road, and in all 404.65 feet along fence to a found 3/8 inch iron rod for the Northwest corner of this tract. THENCE North 89º 43 min. 25 sec. East 591.12 feet to a found 3/8 inch iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract. THENCE South 405.79 feet to a found spike in the South line of said survey for the Southeast corner of this tract. Whence 3/8 inch iron rod bears North 24.8 feet under fence. THENCE West 553.97 feet with the South line of said survey to the place of beginning, according to Plat of Survey and Field Notes prepared by Milton Rucker, Registered Professional Land Surveyor No. 4278, dated February 21, 2000 of Rucker Surveying. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1599 Hilltop Dr., Mineral Wells, Texas 76067-2531. Said property is levied on as the property of the Estate of Ronnie L. Peoples and Sandra C. Peoples and will be sold to satisfy the judgment for $78,205.68 Dollars plus interest rate of $11.50284 per diem thereafter and $5,000.00 in Attorney’s Fees.
