NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT Peba Oil and Gas, Inc., 313 Clay Street, Nocona, Texas 76255, is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to dispose of produced salt water or other oil and gas waste by well injection into a formation which is productive of oil or gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Strawn Granny Sand Formation, McClure Lease, Well Number 8. The proposed injection well is located 4 miles north of Graford, Texas, in the Wagnon (Strawn Granny Sand Field, in Palo Pinto County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 1715 feet to 1772 feet.
