(Published in The Norman Transcript October 20, 2018, 1t) ORDINANCE NO. 99 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF SLAUGHTERVILLE, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, CHANGING THE USE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN FROM Agriculture/Residential District Higher Density (AR-2) to Commercial District (C-1) AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO REFLECT THE CHANGES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF SLAUGHTERVILLE, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA: §1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Slaughterville, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, hereby direct that the property described hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which is located in the Town of Slaughterville, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, shall be changed from Agriculture/Residential District Higher Density (AR-2) to Commercial District (C-1) for the purpose of establishing a local business, to wit: A tract of land being part of the S/2 of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4 of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 1 West, of the Indian Meridian and Base Line, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at Southwest Corner of the SW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4; thence N00°02'21''E, along the West Line of the NW/4 of the SW/4, a distance of 660.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being 1.79 feet North of the Southwest Corner of the S/2 of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4; thence continuing N00°02'21"E, along the West line of the S/2 of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4, a distance of 327.32 feet; thence S89°58'08"E, along the North line of S/2 of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4, a distance of 659.14 feet; thence S00°03'55”W, along the East line of S/2 of the NW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4, a distance of 327.48 feet to a point 660.00 feet North of the Southeast Corner of the SW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4; thence N89°57'20"W, and parallel with the South line of the SW/4 of the NW/4 of the SW/4, a distance of 658.99 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 4.95 Acres, more or less, Bearings are True North. §2. The zoning map for the Town of Slaughterville shall be amended to reflect these changes.
