PO-18-3015 (Published in the Saturday edition of The Duncan Banner, October 20 and 27, 2018-2 times) The City of Duncan be accepting sealed bids for "One New and Unused 150 kW I Natural Gas Generator and One New and Unused Automatic Transfer Switch installed" at the office of the City Clerk, 720 W. Willow, Duncan, Oklahoma, until 10:00 AM on Tuesday November 13, 2018. At that time all proposals will be opened and read aloud by the City Clerk or her designated representative in her office. All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Cashiers Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid made payable to the City of Duncan. Checks for unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after bid opening. Upon award the successful bidder will be required to furnish a perfonnance bond and a maintenance bond guaranteeing the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one year after the acceptance of the work by the owner. Successful bidder will be required to provide proof of Worker Compensation coverage on all employees.
