No. PB-2018-350 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of October, 2018, the Petitioner, Lisa Carol Cox, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator, Determination of Heirs. Petitioner has alleged that Harrell J. Cathey, age 81, died on September 20, 2018, domiciled in and residing at 9500 S. Villa Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that a Will and Codicil exist and are attached to the Petition, and that the total value of the decedent’s property in Oklahoma is $103,900.00, which is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner has asked that this Court determine the heirs of the deceased and order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq.
