No. PB-2018-350 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of October, 2018, the Petitioner, Lisa Carol Cox, filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Special Administrator, Determination of Heirs. Petitioner has alleged that Harrell J. Cathey, age 81, died on September 20, 2018, domiciled in and residing at 9500 S. Villa Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, that a Will and Codicil exist and are attached to the Petition, and that the total value of the decedent’s property in Oklahoma is $103,900.00, which is less than $200,000.00. Petitioner has asked that this Court determine the heirs of the deceased and order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Harrell J. Cathey, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Lisa Carol Cox, 10212 Portsmouth Ct, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73159, in care of James H. Buxton, 1900 S. Broadway Suite A, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013, attorney for Petitioner, on or before the 14th day of November, 2018, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 10th day of December, 2108, at 8:30 a.m. at the CLEVELAND County Courthouse, before Judge Bonner. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, for determination of heirs, admission of the Last Will and Testament and the Codicil to the Last Will and Testament of decedent to probate in this case, and distribution as set forth therein, and discharge of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution will be filed herein on or before the 10th day of November, 2018. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner’s attorney, James H. Buxton, 1900 S. Broadway Suite A, Edmond, Oklahoma 73013, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. s/ James H.
