CITY OF ROYSE CITY, TEXAS PROCUREMENT OF ULTRASONIC WATER SERVICE FLOW METERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received in the Purchasing Office of the City of Royse City, 305 N. Arch Street, Royse City, Texas 75189 until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 and then publicly opened and read for furnishing all plant, labor, material, machinery, equipment and all necessary appurtenances and for providing the delivery of the proposed ultrasonic water meters, specified herein, to the City of Royse City (F.O.B.). The sealed bid includes 700 (5/8”), 30 (1”) and 20 (2”) water service ultrasonic flow meters to be purchased up to the maximum allowed in the bid schedule over a two year period. The Owner intends to provide a notice of award of contract within sixty (60) days following the bid opening. Bids without required check or bid bond will be rejected. Bids shall be marked “SEALED BID – “Procurement of Ultrasonic Service Flow Meters” on the outside of the envelope. Bidder is required to hold the per each bid prices for each meter size a period of 2-years.
