JOHNSON and UNKNOWN FATHER YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED the State of Oklahoma, through J. Andrew Williams, Assistant District Attorney in and for the Fifteenth Judicial District of Oklahoma, has filed a petition invoking the jurisdiction of the District Court and alleging that the above named children are deprived children within the meaning of the Law, asking that the said children be made a ward of the Court and that appropriate orders be made as to the child’s custody and control. FURTHER, that above-named parents must appear before the District Court in and for Cherokee County, Juvenile Division, thereof, in the courtroom in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, at the hour of 9:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2018, when and where the Court will proceed to hear the merits of said petition for termination and grant such relief or make such orders as the Court deems necessary and proper in these premises. You are advised that should you fail to appear, the Court may proceed in your absence to receive evidence and to enter such orders as the Court finds to be necessary and appropriate under the circumstances. You are also advised that you, and every other interested party, have the right to be represented by an attorney at every stage of the proceedings and that if you cannot afford an attorney one will be appointed by the Court at public expense.
