NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:The City of Union Valley, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge andextend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit: Hunt CAD Property ID 126246, located North of CR 2526 and West of CR 2560, being an approximately 7.58 acre tract of land situated in the Lonely Pine Estates Blk 1 Lot 1, Hunt County, Texas and generally located North of CR 2526 and West of CR 2560; and being more particularly described and depicted in Exhibit “A” to the Voluntary Annexation Petition available for inspection at City Hall of the City of Union Valley, Texas. The City Council of the City of Union Valley, Texas will hold two public hearings, on November 8, 2018 at 7:05 p.m., and on November 8, 2018 at 7:10 p.m. in the Union Valley Board of Commissioners Chambers, 7967 FM 1565 S. Union Valley, Texas, 75189, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.
