(Published in The Norman Transcript October 28, 2018, 1t) Notice of Public Hearings Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (CART) Proposed Service Changes Cleveland Area Rapid Transit (CART) will hold two (2) public hearings to discuss proposed service changes and to receive comments. CART will receive public comments during the public hearings or in writing until November 28, 2018. Send written comments or questions by email to ridecart@ou.edu or by mail to the CART Office, 510 E. Chesapeake St, Norman, OK 73019-5128 with your name, address, telephone number and/or email address. Public hearing dates are as follows: Tuesday, November 27, 6:30-7:30 pm and Wednesday, November 28, 1:30-2:30 pm. Both meetings will be held at the Central Norman Public Library, 225 N. Webster Ave, Norman, OK 73072.
