Madison County Fiscal Court
will have 2nd reading of Ordinance 18-18 on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the Berea Police & Municipal, Berea, KY. This ordinance is for a land use change at 3179 Irvine Road from RC7, rural corridor agriculture to RC4, rural corridor general commercial for 2.09 acres. A copy of the entire ordinance is available in the office of the County Judge Executive.
