The Petitioner has alleged that Trent Parkinson, Jr., Deceased, died testate on the 5th day of November, 2016, domiciled in and residing in Dallas County, State of Texas, and that the total value of the Decedent’s property in Oklahoma is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
