Case No. PB-2018-366 COMBINED NOTICE Hearing upon Petition for Summary Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative, Determination of Heirs & Notice to Creditors and Application for Appointment as Personal Representative, in the above-captioned matter, is scheduled for the 3 day of December at 8:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Bonner located at the Cleveland County Courthouse, Norman, Oklahoma. 1. Chris Darin Johnson died intestate on June 26, 2016, at 67 years of age, while a resident of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma; 2. The heirs, legatees, and devisees of the decedent, so far as known to the petitioner: Justin Johnson - Adult Son 4401 Sherburne Road Norman, Oklahoma 73072 5. The creditors of the decedent, so far as known to the petitioner: At the time of filing of Combined Notice no creditors are known to the Petitioner. All creditors having claims against Chris Darin Johnson, deceased, are required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, (if any), held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the named Personal Representative at 330 W. Gray, 105-A Norman, Oklahoma 73069, Attorney for Personal Representative, on or before the following presentment date: 31 day of January, 2019. 6.
