Published in the Tahlequah Daily Press on November 4, 2018 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF TAHLEQUAH Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Adjustment in the City Council Chambers of the Tahlequah City Hall, 111 South Cherokee, Tahlequah, Oklahoma at 11:00 A.M. on the 15th day of November, 2018; at which time and place will be heard and considered the request of; Applicant: Green Country Abstract & Title Co LLC, for the property; Lot 40 of the Woodlands of Southridge; also known as 599 Woodlands Drive Tahlequah, Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, requesting a special exception from the Residential One (R-1) front line building setback requirements, (Sections 12-223, of the Tahlequah, Oklahoma, City Code). This request is for a five foot special exception from the twenty five foot setback line.
