INVITATION TO BID
The
City of Somerset
will be accepting sealed bids for the demolition of the buildings located at 102 North Central and 104 North Central. Vendor must have city business license and liability insurance with the City of Somerset named as an Additional Insured. Vendor will be responsible for the following:
*Demolition of all structures *Hauling off and disposing of debris in an approved manner *Fill dirt as needed and compacted, to level lot *Lot is to be a finished lot with 3” of compacted Dense Graded Aggregate when completed
There will be a pre-bid conference held on site on November, 12th, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST. This pre-bid conference is mandatory, anyone who does not attend this conference will not be allowed to bid.
Bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM EST. on November, 16th, 2018 and should be addressed as follows:
