The Center for Rural Development IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST I The Center for Rural Development (The Center), located in Somerset, Kentucky, invites applications for the position of IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST I. The IT Support Specialist provides helpdesk support for various programs and the Network Operations Center (NOC) related projects performing within the objectives, policies and procedures of the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing high levels of client-centric technical support via phone, chat, and/or email, and dispatching local support personnel to client sites. Position may also be asked to perform Level I IT support functions. The position actively supports quality assurance related activities, documenting problem determination and resolution activities. The position retains job specific accountability and reports to the Executive Vice President.
