YARD CART COLLECTION
Due to the on-set of Winter, the City of Clinton will cease yard cart collection (the green carts) for the season. Yard cart collection will end the last week of November or the first significant snowfall of November 2018. Yard cart collection will resume again on Monday, April 1st, 2019.
