____________________________________ LEGAL NOTICE ____________________________________ the Chickasaw Nation Construction Services ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the ICDBG Tishomingo Nutrition Center, for the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma, will be received by Indian-Owned Enterprises and/or Non-Indian Owned in the Silverstone Building located at 1921 Cradduck Road Ada, Oklahoma at 2 pm on December 11, 2018. The project will consist of the new construction of the ICDBG Tishomingo Nutrition Center. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked: ICDBG Tishomingo Nutrition Center Bids shall be addressed to: The Chickasaw Nation Christina Porter 1921 Cradduck Road Ada, OK 74821 And will be publicly opened and read in the conference room at the Silverstone Building at 1921 Cradduck Road Ada, Oklahoma at 2 pm on December 11, 2018. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened. A cashier’s check, a certified check, or a surety bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total maximum bid amount, including alternates, shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. Performance and labor and material payment bond and warranty bond each for the 100% of the contract amount will be required. It is intended that all work will be performed under a single contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. The Chickasaw Nation Construction Services Department will accept bids from Indian-owned AND/OR NON-INDIAN OWNED companies. Contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may obtain copies of the plans and specification book by contacting Blue River Architecture at (918)408-6686. There will be a PRE BID MEETING conducted by Blue River Architecture on November 27, 2018 at 2 pm in the conference room at the Silverstone Building located at 1921 Cradduck Road, Ada, OK. The word “owner” as used in all of the documents included within this Invitation to Submit a Proposal for Construction means and denotes the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma and the obligations and liability shall be solely and exclusively that of the Chickasaw Nation, Ada, Oklahoma.
