Specifications may be obtained and proposals shall be submitted to the Office of City Clerk, Corbin City Hall, 805 S. Main Street, Corbin, KY 40701. Deadline for submissions of proposals shall be Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Late proposals will not be accepted.
