The City of Commerce Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. for: •Public Hearing and Consideration of an Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Commerce by Adding the Definition of an Electronic-Cigarette and an Electronic-Cigarette Establishment, and Establishing the Requirements and Regulations for Operating Electronic- Cigarette Establishments within the City of Commerce. City Hall is wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking is available.
