PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Campbell, Texas will hold a Public Hearing in regard to the submission of applications to the Texas Department of Agriculture for Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TXCDBG) grant funds. The Public Hearing will be held as follows: Date: November 18, 2018 Time: 1:30 PM Place: Campbell City Hall 506 W Main Street Campbell, Texas 75422 Agenda: 1. Citizen participation plan 2. Development of local housing and community development needs 3. Amount of TXCDBG funds available 4. Explanation of eligible activities in the programs. 5. Use of past TXCDBG and TCF funds. 6. Amount of grant funds available to benefit low-to-moderate income persons. 7. If applicable, minimizing displacement of persons by project activities. 8. Citizens' views, proposals, questions and comments. 9. Discussion of the application process.
