RELIEF SOUGHT: POOLING LAND COVERED: S/2 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA CAUSE CD NO. 201809624 NOTICE OF HEARING THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the following parties, if living; or if deceased, then their unknown heirs, devisees, executors, administrators, successors, trustees, and/or assigns; or, the unknown successors, trustees or assigns, if any, of any dissolved corporation, or the unknown successors of any party designated in any record as trustee: Elba J. Higgins, deceased; Vera Laverne Brown, deceased; Vernon Connelly, deceased; Kenneth Connelly; Lucile McCord Carter; Ruth K McCord Tickel; John Geffs; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Layton, Cleveland, Oswego, Prue, Red Fork, Bartlesville, Unconformity, Misener Sandstone, Hunton, Viola and Simpson common sources of supply in the 320-acre drilling and spacing units consisting of the S/2 of Section 8, Township 10 North, Range 1 West, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: (a) Designation of GLB Exploration, Inc., or some other party, as operator of the unit well. (b) The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. (c) The Applicant may propose that the order to issue in this cause provide a method for proposal of subsequent wells and for response to that proposal by owners who elect to participate in the initial well. (d) At the hearing the applicant may request that the order to issue in this cause provide to the operator a period of one (1) year from the date of the order in which to commence operations for the drilling of the initial well proposed hereunder. (e) The Applicant is intending to penetrate and/or evaluate the common sources of supply named hereinabove in the well proposed; intends to treat the common sources of supply in the pooling Order to issue herein as an aggregate; and, will seek an order pooling those separate spacing units as one pooled unit. (f) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 3rd day of December, 2018, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
