NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED BIDS addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Huntsville, Texas, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 1212 Avenue M, Huntsville, Texas, until 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Tuesday, November 27, 2018 for the purpose of furnishing all supervision, materials, equipment and the performing of all work required in the construction of the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation 2018 Basin AJ-12 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 1, Project No. 18-10-02 that includes: Removing and replacing approximately 83 existing manholes and 3 mainline cleanouts. Furnish all materials and equipment to install approximately 9,909 LF of 6-inch, 3,347 LF of 8-inch, 815 LF of 10-inch, and 4,845 LF of 12-inch HDPE SDR 11 sanitary sewer line by pipe bursting. And other improvements incidental thereto, at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud and retained for tabulation, checking and evaluation. Estimated cost of the project including bid alternates is in the $1,85 million range. BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank form furnished herewith.
