PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ROYSE CITY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROVIDE INCENTIVE PAYMENT The CDC has approved an incentive request from business owners Vivian Trejo and Brad Nguyen (owners of Main Street Emporium) in conjunction with building owner Mary Mitchell for an amount not to exceed $17,000.00. The grant will be used to offset a portion of the remodeling costs for the interior of the building located at 101 E. Main Street, Royse City, Texas. This is a reimbursement grant subject to a performance agreement. The Royse City Community Development Corporation will conduct a Public Hearing regarding this issue on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - 7:00 AM at City Hall – 305 N.
