Adams, 280111 E. 1800 Rd., Comanche, OK 73529, filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Marilyn K. Adams died testate on the 23rd day of September, 2018, at the age of eighty-four (84) years, while domiciled in Comanche, Stephens County, State of Oklahoma. Attached to the Petition is a copy of the Last Will and Testament of the decedent. The Petitioner has asked this Court to admit said Will to probate and order summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S., Section 245, et seq.
