It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to insure that the proposal has been received by the Purchasing Agent by the date and time listed above. Late proposals will not be accepted. Until the final award of contract GEUS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise and to proceed otherwise when in the best interest of GEUS.
