NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Union Valley will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at 7:05 P.M. at the City of Union Valley City Hall, at 7967 FM 1565, Union Valley, Texas 75189 and the Union Valley City Council will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, December 13, 2018, at 7:10 P.M. at the City of Union Valley City Hall, at 7967 FM 1565, Union Valley, Texas 75189 to consider testimony and act upon a zoning change to rezone an 7.58 acre tract of land situated in the J. Voiles Survey, Abstract No. 1073, Hunt County, Texas and generally located north of CR 2526 and west of CR 2560, more commonly known as Hunt County Property ID 126246, from its current undesignated zoning to a Residential zoning classification.
